PAST PROJECTS:

Detroit, Michigan- USA
In 2012 we started purchasing multiple single detached homes in desirable residential areas of Detroit. Each property was renovated, rented for cash flow, and eventually sold for a high multiple when the market rebounded a few years later. Thus proving our growth strategy; to locate stable areas for steady rental cash flow combined with a high potential upside for appreciation. This was also executed in Atlanta, Georgia.
As interest rates keep rising, we see another real estate buying opportunity in Canada and the U.S.
